What courier company do you use?
We currently use DHL as our courier. We have also introduced a more cost effective, but slower courier option with DPD.
What countries do you deliver to?

How long will it take to receive my order?
We currently offer express shipping with DHL meaning orders shipping within the UK will be received within 2-3 working days. This includes a 24 hour processing period for your items to be packaged however, this may take up to 48 hours during sales periods.
For shipments outside of the UK, you can expect to receive you order in 4-5 working days. Again, this includes a 24 hour processing period which may take up to 48 hours during sales periods.
With our new standard shipping offering via DPD, orders will take 3-5 working days within the UK, 5-7 working days within the EU and 7-10 working days for the rest of the world.
Do you gift wrap?
Our beautiful packaging features a bespoke illustration liner by a selected artist and is perfect for saving to use as a keepsake box. All items will arrive tissue-wrapped in our branded boxes and will be perfect when you receive it. All shoes will arrive in the designer’s original packaging.
During sale periods, we will ship all orders beautifully tissue wrapped within our plain card shipping boxes.
Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
Please note that delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply.
Do you deliver to PO Box address, BFPO addresses or hotels?
Unfortunately, due to payment security, we are unable to deliver to such addresses at this time.
Do I have to sign for delivery?
As purchases may be delivered to addresses other than the billing address given by the card holder, for examples as with the case of a gift being addressed to a friend, as a security precaution, an e-mail and a copy of the invoice will be sent to the card holders registered e-mail address, and we will require a signature upon delivery for all goods shipped.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes you can. Simply log in to your account and click the tracking number provided. You will also receive a shipment notification via email that will contain the tracking number.
Why are shipping restrictions applied to some products?
Due to international trading agreements and regulations, The Cult & Classic must adhere to certain shipping restrictions. As a result, we are unable to send exotic skins outside of the EU. Furthermore, certain designers restrict distribution of their products to a single territory and we are therefore unable to ship out-with this.
Delivery costs depend on the shipping address. Please see our flat rate delivery costs:
Express Shipping (DHL)

Standard Shipping (DPD)

We hope you’re delighted with your order. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return items within 14 days (7 days for sale items).
Your order will contain a black envelope within which you will find your invoice, a returns form and a DHL waybill. Simply follow the instructions on the returns form, complete this and the DHL waybill and contact DHL to arrange a pick-up. We will email you once your return has been received and processed.

Please note that all returns must be sent back in the original packaging provided in order to prevent damage to goods. The Cult & Classic cannot refund duties or tax.

There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, but all exchanges are reliant on stock availability. Shipping on replacement items is also free, but if you are based outside the EU, you will need to pay taxes and duties.

Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. Should you wish to exchange your item for a different style, we suggest that you return it and purchase the new piece separately.
Receiving a Refund
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. This is of course subject to the refunds policy. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Shipping costs will not be refunded and The Cult & Classic is not responsible for the refund of international customs duties and sales taxes.
